Pulseon provides software development and consulting services, including but not limited to MVP development, SaaS applications, web applications, and mobile applications. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

Project Agreements

All development work is governed by separate project agreements that outline scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
• Pulseon retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, and tools used in development
• Pulseon may use general knowledge and techniques gained during projects for future work

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for projects
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules
• Ensure they have rights to any content or materials provided to us

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business information, or proprietary data to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulseon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
